Vehicle Dianostics Made an appointment to drop off my vehicle with a loaner car reserved. Was told I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment because that’s the first time Made an appointment to drop off my vehicle with a loaner car reserved. Was told I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment because that’s the first time they will have a loaner car available. After waiting 2 weeks when I went to drop off vehicle was told there was no loaner car reserved. Had a bad experience with sales at this dealership. But I said let me give the service department a try, what a mistake. Will never go to this dealership again for anything and will definitely not recommend to anyone. Will warn others to stay clear of this dealership. This place does not even rank enough to even check one star rating. Only check one star because it would not allow me to submit without checking at least one. More

Bad service I brought my car in because it was shuddering on acceleration. I was told that the car showed an error code for an engine misfire and to come back if I brought my car in because it was shuddering on acceleration. I was told that the car showed an error code for an engine misfire and to come back if the problem persisted. I drove 20 minutes and the check engine light came on. I was too frustrated to come back to your dealership since last year I had problems with getting an engine problem diagnosed. I went to another dealership and they found the problem and fixed it. It took them a day to figure it out but they did. This is the second time Maxon service was really bad. I won't be back. More

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to speak with Alicia. What a breath of fresh air! I recently had car troubles and the timing of this letter was perfect. She took the time to listen to my concerns and allowed me to vent about my previous nightmares at other dealerships. (Boy did I talk her ear off). I must say my family and I are glad we have Maxon the opportunity (even though we must have passed 8 different dealerships on the way there.) More

Jose greeted us at the door and treated us like a family member until we left with our new car. The staff and surroundings are extremely pleasing. We completed our paperwork with Kenny and it was like Old Home week. He was a student of my wife and lived around the corner at one time. Also as wonderful as Jose. I would return there to purchase another car and send friends and family members in a heartbeat. More
