I was going to my Chemotherapy app, suddenly my car gave a warning. I called maxon buick and they said ti pass by cause my car can't be driven. I was 30 mins away. I arrived and Bino one of the customer service was ok with us. But the supervisor was something else !!! * Lohi * extremely rude, unprofessional, unfriendly. Didn't want to even help me out to get a car to return me home, i live an hour away !! And they don't even provide you a car. Not to mention that my car is 2022 and they want me to rent a car for 40$ a day !!! And me to call customer service and do all that and they were going to close in 3 mins !!! Seriously the worst customer service i met. They meet you with a big smile when they want to convince you to buy a car, and very frowned face when you come for a recall !!!! I want to mention that my car still under warranty. More

Mr. Vega assisted me with the purchase of my 2024 GMC Acadia. The entire experience was seamless due to his diligence, patience, and kindness. It is well known that purchasing a vehicle can be a long and exhausting experience. If you go to Maxon Buick GMC, you can count on Mr. Vega to make the vehicle purchasing experience a great one. More
Posted originally 7/10/2024 I requested service for a problem shorting out several systems in my 2020 GM Sierra 1500. I even gave the service department the GM bulletin I found regarding my problem. I'm disappointed that I was dismissed and instead of checking the least costly problems first the service mechanic decided to swap out expensive parts. After this parts change did not solve the problem the Maxon service technician then found the shorted wires from the service bulletin ( I remind you that I provided to begin with). I was disappointed to have to spend about $700 to $800 extra. As explained to me by the customer service agent Anthony "He trusts his technician more than me!" But as I pointed out I was more correct than his service technician and again stated I was disappointed that they were more worried about sales than proper repairs. It goes without saying I left my cell number. I will also point out that if Maxon really wanted to get in touch with me they already have my information..... NOW! I noticed they also damaged my front bumper/grille. No longer disappointed. Now I just want to warn everyone how shoddy they really are! More
I should have listened to my friend at another dealership when I was told that this dealer is run by "a bunch of scammers". I have never encountered worse communication, apathy, and deceitfulness than from M when I was told that this dealer is run by "a bunch of scammers". back in November 2023 I went into Maxon GMC in Union I traded my car for a 2020 Hyundai Santé Fe I am not happy with the vehicle I went back to the dealership and spoke with Jorge Valdivia and the general traded my car for a 2020 Hyundai Santé Fe I am not happy with the vehicle I went back to the dealership and spoke with Jorge Valdivia and the general manager he said to wait until April and he will be able to switch my car to the one I actually wanted ( GMC Terrain) and on April 1st I called and Jorge Valdivia was not available and I did not hear back from him so I called again on Wednesday the 3rd and that's when I received an unpleasant lady on the phone being extremely rude telling me that Jorge Valdivia was on the phone and I told her that I will wait and she hung up on me . I called Back and she told me ( what do you want me to do tell Jorge to hang up with the customer and take your call) and she hung up on me again .they did not do anything for me but left me with a vehicle that I am very unhappy with this dealership is very unprofessional .they do not keep there word More

Recently leased a '23 Envision here, having turned in my '20. The deal hit a momentary snag over what turned out to be an honest miscommunication between me and the salesperson. I would avoid this dealership. I was looking to roll into a new Envision as the lease on my 2020 expired. Early this Summer, I made and showed for 3 appointments that the salespers I was looking to roll into a new Envision as the lease on my 2020 expired. Early this Summer, I made and showed for 3 appointments that the salesperson blew off. I put that aside and, after several calls from the dealership promising "a great deal" I went back and got to the point of "numbers final/let's call the insurance company" before the salesman disappeared for about 25 minutes. He came back with "bad news"....a much higher payment because of "damage to the vehicle." The "damage" he referred to were a few scratches---no dents or even dings---that could have been buffed out in minutes. Pure pretext for raising the price and, in any event, even of it were legit, the "inspection" should have occurred at the beginning of the process, not when I was ready to put pen to paper. I love Buick products (my late father sold them for 40 years, and always warned me not to use "highway dealerships") and will continue to buy or lease them, but NOT from this place. I must say that the service department here is excellent---efficient, organized, friendly and professional. That is the only reason for 2 stars. More
