Gaberial Senkiw is the most professional, straight to the point salesman I have ever dealt with in my 21 years of being in the lease car market. I have only leased cars and have been through the ringer of ba point salesman I have ever dealt with in my 21 years of being in the lease car market. Don’t waste your time at this dealer they are not honest and they have very bad customer service Been shopping around for a Yukon for a while got a call from the dealer that they got inventory on the vehicl and they have very bad customer service Been shopping around for a Yukon for a while got a call from the dealer that they got inventory on the vehicle confirmed to the sales rep that I don’t want to waste his time and that he shouldn’t waste mine and asked him clearly if there was a mark up on that specific vehicle and he said no clearly got there on a day off and was surprised that the sales rep was lying when I got upset they called a manger .. manger of course started protecting his employee by saying I misunderstood what he said … Definitely not a place to go spend money they should shut them down they make gmc look bad More

I had my car serviced here in April back to back because they didnt get it right the first time. The 2nd time i picked the car up they gave me the car with the service tire light on. I wrote an honest review when they contacted me fir my feedback and then I got a call from the service manager ANTHONY. He promised me service… its June im still waiting for the service. My car shakes uncontrollably … after about $2k in service charges-and it was not doing that when I brought it in. I AM SO SORRY I EVER WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP More

Decided we wanted to get the car on Saturday, we had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get the actual price. That should have been the warning sign! Agreed on the price Saturday over the phone but we were in Virginia. Told him we would be up Monday at about 5:30 to pick up the car. He called us on Monday at 11:30 to confirm we were coming up. We told him yes and drove up from Virginia. We get there and he is too busy to really help us. He knew who we were since he called us by name.Then shows us the wrong car and finally tells us he just sold the car we had driven up to get but he has others. Classic bait and switch. We walked out. I will not buy anything from these people! More
The process of buying my car back in May 2020 was great until I realized weeks later that I had put in to transfer my plates and they mistakenly put in to register my vehicle for new plates. A couple of weeks later they mailed me more “temporary” Plates with a note that I was still waiting for my custom plates which was extremely confusing. I only realized the mistake after the DMV contacted me saying they were going to suspend my license. After multiple attempts of trying to figure out what was wrong (calling the dmv, my insurance company and the dealership multiple times) the dealership informed me of the mistake and told me I was going to be refunded the difference. That was in August 2020. It is now November and I have called multiple times informing them that I never received the difference only to be put on hold and put to a voicemail. I am very disappointed with how they handled this mishap. More

He listened to my requirements and showed me several numerous options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into getting my vehicles. Overall, the staff there is very friendly and very helpful. They worked with me and my fiancé. I couldn't be more pleased. I will recommend them to anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle. Thank you again. More
