I specifically told someone would be "right out" to help me and when I asked what the delay was, Tiffany explicitly told me that the whole service dept. "took lunch." Saying your team couldn't spare 30 seconds to help me because you were "assisting other guests" is adding insult to injury. The price thing was explained to me but when I found out what was wrong, what they did to fix it, it was no longer justified in my mind. When I brought the vehicle in I was certain there was a larger, warranty issue. Furthermore, I'm nearly positive the technicians caused the second issue, but I can't really prove that. The price is still, as I stated before, highway robbery (and I'll add UNGODLY)!
