The work was declined by service, never sent to me, and that is the one thing I brought it in for. Later I was told my safety will not work in the front of the car unless a pedestrian walks in front of it. And in order for my lane assist to work I would need to be doing a minimum of 30mph then transfer lanes. I said ok and went home and emailed management requesting a refund. The truth is they messed up my air pressure and didn’t rotate my tires properly. The service manager made it right. It was a refreshing visit. I don't have some breathing on my neck trying to make me sell my car and get a new one. Looking forward to the next visit. Dropping off my car: the people “ working “ they were not paying attention ( they were talking, and laughing ) to customers coming in. I had some work done by Maus Nissan, some was covered under warranty (for check engine light) but the other $1,000 we paid out of pocket which was way over priced. The very next day, I had to take my car under warranty (for check engine light) but the other $1,000 we paid out of pocket which was way over priced. The very next day, I had to take my car back for the check engine light. Supposedly this would not be covered under warranty & they wanted $4300. Upon talking to our rep or whatever their called, what he was saying made absolutely no sense. I believe they did something while they had my car & now trying to make us pay all this money for work that allegedly needs to be done but is way over priced again, or trade the car for another one. Fortunately my husband & I know quite a bit about cars. They weren't going to get us a 2nd time! More
