Be aware of Ferman Bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS. Wasn't inspected before being put for sale. Needed an A/C actuater. 5 days later they tell me they ordered the part will b Bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS. We knew how much we could finance but was unsure whether we wanted the Pathfinder Platinum or the Murano Platinum. Angie Rivera, our salesperson was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. She assisted in helping us make an educated decision. We then received excellent service from Scott the sales manager and the Finance manager. Angie and the sales manager Scott even did a vehicle swap with another dealer to insure we took home the car we wanted. We ended up taking home a beautiful Murano Platinum at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Ferman Nissan to anyone interested in buying a new Nissan. We bought our Juke from Courtesy Nissan and it was no where near this experience. We will definitely be back.
