Follow up Sold me a vehicle that was not legal resulting in my getting 2 tickets of $114.00 each. 2 hour oil change The service rep was nice, the service itself seems fine, however, an oil change and tire rotation should never take close to 2 hours! My appointment w The service rep was nice, the service itself seems fine, however, an oil change and tire rotation should never take close to 2 hours! My appointment was at 8:40am on a Wednesday. I arrived at 8:43am and didn't leave the dealership until 10:30am. I can only imagine they double booked me or something because they didn't start the oil change until I asked for an update after the first hour went by. This was the first oil change on my new car, so there was nothing else to really do but change the oil and rotate the tires. I have no plans on coming back even though it's conveniently located on my route to work. More
