I had some work done by Maus Nissan, some was covered under warranty (for check engine light) but the other $1,000 we paid out of pocket which was way over priced. The very next day, I had to take my car back for the check engine light. Supposedly this would not be covered under warranty & they wanted $4300. Upon talking to our rep or whatever their called, what he was saying made absolutely no sense. I believe they did something while they had my car & now trying to make us pay all this money for work that allegedly needs to be done but is way over priced again, or trade the car for another one. Fortunately my husband & I know quite a bit about cars. They weren't going to get us a 2nd time! More
I recently spent $30,000 on a Toyota Corolla at this dealership, expecting at least a basic level of honesty and service. I was assured I’d receive two keys, with the second one ‘misplaced’ from their s dealership, expecting at least a basic level of honesty and service. I was assured I’d receive two keys, with the second one ‘misplaced’ from their supposed recent delivery from another dealership. They told me not to worry—they’d find it. Fast forward a few days, and suddenly I’m informed that my car was ‘priced with only one key.’ So, which is it? Misplaced or never included? They fed me a story to close the sale, then conveniently flipped it once my money was in their hands. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere that doesn’t operate with such shady, bait-and-switch tactics. More
