I have been taking my car to Maus Nissan for service for a while now. I felt the service reps I've worked with have been upfront an honest with the work needed. But on my must recent service visit, I went t a while now. I felt the service reps I've worked with have been upfront an honest with the work needed. But on my must recent service visit, I went to pay my bill and Maus now charges a 3% "convenience fee" if you want to pay with your credit card! This was unannounced to me when I dropped off my car for service. So needless to say, I was a bit shocked because that "convenience fee" came to $114!!! The Cashier said the other dealerships in the area were doing the same thing, so they are doing it as well. So now I have to shop around for another Nissan Dealership that doesn't charge that 3% credit card convenience fee. Which is a shame. More
Liars this is the third time I schedule a Mauss care detail (coating) inside and outside my car and they didn’t do it not even vacuum the car , and that was included in the $2000 Mauss Care package I pu detail (coating) inside and outside my car and they didn’t do it not even vacuum the car , and that was included in the $2000 Mauss Care package I purchased when I bought my car , also I requested to do the brakes because it was making a noise and as soon I drive my vehicle I noticed they didn’t replaced the brakes because still have the same noise .I spent $1049 today and they not even vacuum my car when I asked for a manager he came not very polite , never apologized to me and the only thing he offered take the car in the back to vacuum after 4 hours waiting and I have to pay with a debit card because if you pay with a credit card they will add another 3% on the top of your bill what a thieves! Stay away from this place . More
The finance manager sold me an extended warranty that I specify said I was only purchasing the Gap insurance 6 months later looking at my paperwork I saw he sold me an extended warranty what a snake ! Tried to sale me a car that worth 35k$ for 1k$ monthly payment for 75 months with 9k$ for my trade in car, that’s me just to sale you their products. I have had nothing but poor experiences every time I bring my Altima into the service department at Maus Nissan North Tampa. Even with an appointment, expect to be there at least 2 hours, even for just an oil change. Today I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation at 2:30, I brought the car in early (2:15), car was brought immediately back to service garage. I did not leave until well after 4:30. My car was backed out of the garage and sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes with its hazards on and then was pulled up and keys given to me. When I asked why it had been sitting there the tech told me that it was "waiting for the car wash" but my car was never washed and I watched it sit there, then get pulled up to the front. I told my service rep before they took my car back that I wanted the inspection report, he did not give it to me until I asked a second time, after getting the keys back. The last 2 times I did not receive one at all. Maus used to give them to me without even asking and go over them. I received the report and it had over $4000 worth of work that they were recommending and apparently were not going to talk to me about? I asked why they didn't talk to me about it and my service rep told me that he was going to talk to me about it, even though he had already given me my keys and told me I was good to go without even showing me the report. The icing on the cake was when I walked out to my vehicle and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. This is the second time that I have caught them not completing the tire rotation. The first time, the only reason I even noticed was because there was a cap missing on one of my rims, and it was in the same place as it was before I brought the car in. Now, every time I have brought it in I use a permanent marker to mark one of the tires so I know if it's in the same place or not (sad that I can't trust the people working on my vehicle). This is how I knew the tire rotation had not been done. When I asked about why it had not been done, I did not get a direct answer right away. After some investigating, they came up with an excuse about my tires and why they could not rotate them. Maus has really gone downhill in the past couple years. I used to brag about how awesome they were, and it's very sad how they are running this company now. I will never bring my car back to this specific loaction. I can't even trust that they will do the work that the car is being brought in for. More
Horrible customer service. They had my car fur almost two months. Horrible communication. I has to call them daily because I was not being reached out to. And they overcharge you too I wish I could give a negative star. More
