I bought a 2004 Scion XB at the dealership,November of 2011 for $10,290.00. In September 2012 my engine blew, caught on fire,Since I got my car I change the oil every 2,500 -3,000 miles change my transmis 2011 for $10,290.00. I couldnt afford the extended warranty. so if you do buy a used car from them make sure you get the extended warranty. More

In fact, the young lady that you first meet in the body shop is also a pleasure...the place probably couldn't run without her! In the end however, I decided to purchase a new vehicle. While the first several days didn't provide the expected results, the ball really started rolling once Mike M got involved. While I did teeter a bit, Mike P took the time in helping me feel more confortable with the decision. During closeout, Rob was especially professional and courteous--what I would consider "going out of his way" in certains area as well--in helping finalize everything. In the end, I'm glad that I made the decision...Ferman will most likely be my first choice when looking to upgrade my daughter's vehicle in a couple of years; Good product (this is my fifth Nissan--the last three from Ferman), good sales staff, good service department.
