And very different from other places we went to in the days leading up to our first appointment with you, you made sure we felt like we were more than "the end of the month" numbers. I've worked in a used car sales and finance company and I know how important it is to determine from the beginning if a customer is worth spending time with, or even try to sell the customer a car regardless of what they are looking for and most times to make sure the customer buys a pricier car or extra services. But with you it was different. At all times you were making sure we got what we wanted but also making sure it was convenient whether it was the payment we wanted or the car that suited our needs and even offered us other options but at the end leaving it up to us. Your assistance during the process was of such excellence that at one point my husband said to me that if the other dealer's offer was real we would show it to you but even if you couldn't match it we would still do the deal with you. You didn't try to discredit the other dealers just to get our business; that for us was a sign of integrity of caring about your customer more than a sale.
