JT (James Thompson) was so sweet and courteous - he even took time on his day off to come in and meet with me. I could tell he was genuine from the beginning of our transaction. I was referred to him by a trusted sales person from the past who no longer works in the industry... but this person had won my loyalty and trust. Now JT has done the same. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to JT in a heartbeat when they are looking for a reliable vehicle. Everyone on the sales floor was very friendly and accommodating to my little 2 year old... in fact I think he made friends with most of them, especially the young gentleman who mans the front desk (sorry I didn't get his name). I work in the customer service industry - I know that attitude is everything. Ferman Nissan has the right attitude. I appreciate everyone's courtesy and going above and beyond to make myself, my son and my mom feel welcome. I would also like to mention that Rob Napolitano in the Financing dept was exremely helpful and made the processing quite smooth.
