I walked into this dealership wanting to trade in my 2006 Armada for an upgraded Armada. I found you on usaa.com. I was very unhappy with the service provided to me. although Eddie was extremly polite, I can Armada for an upgraded Armada. I found you on usaa.com. I was very unhappy with the service provided to me. although Eddie was extremly polite, I can tell he was either new, or clueless. He was willing to assist me until I told him that I was upside down by 5 grand, and intended to put no money down. I mentioned the comparison to another dealership and all he can refrence them as is "they low-balled you". With that said, somehow he seemed to be performing miracles but at the time to close the deal, he said that I could not be financed with the bank. To me, I took it as, the truck was sold. He never returned my calls, and kept pushing me to get an auctioned Armada, which I did not come in for. I let him know my credit score, which was 707, he quoted me interest rate (with finance guy, an ex Marine) an urged me to pull my credit, without even assessing the scenario I gave him. He said I may not know my score, it can possibly be a 720, which I was insulted by. Not only did Ferman Nissan appear on my credit report for hard inquiries, I did not even get a vehicle with you because of the unwillingness to assist. I took my business to Wesley Chapel Nissan, where I recieved excellent customer service, and was treated like a valued customer. I was able to trade in my 2006 Armada SE for a 2012 Platinum, and felt awesome about it. As of yet, I still have yet to recieve a call back as to what happened with the so called financing decline...made no sense to me. I hope this is not how your dealership is viewed. I heard good things but experienced the worse. I hope I was just the bad apple. -CC More
We came in with prices in mind and quotes on cars we wanted from the internet, which helped a great deal. Without those I"m not sure we would have gotten a good price. In fairness, the dealership did their best to match offers made by other dealerships and explained any incentives we did not qualify for. Ultimately, things were squared away price wise, and we got the car we desired. The trade in took some negotiating. Come prepared with Kelly Blue Book Values. We were initially offered a low number. The only real complaint came at this time. We negotiated a fair value and the sales manager came back after our agreement with a number $200 less printed on the paperwork. This was corrected after firm negotiation, but put a bad taste in our mouths. The financing went smoothly. All of our options were explained thoroughly and the whole process was professional. More
JT (James Thompson) was so sweet and courteous - he even took time on his day off to come in and meet with me. I could tell he was genuine from the beginning of our transaction. I was referred to him by a trusted sales person from the past who no longer works in the industry... but this person had won my loyalty and trust. Now JT has done the same. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to JT in a heartbeat when they are looking for a reliable vehicle. Everyone on the sales floor was very friendly and accommodating to my little 2 year old... in fact I think he made friends with most of them, especially the young gentleman who mans the front desk (sorry I didn't get his name). I work in the customer service industry - I know that attitude is everything. Ferman Nissan has the right attitude. I appreciate everyone's courtesy and going above and beyond to make myself, my son and my mom feel welcome. I would also like to mention that Rob Napolitano in the Financing dept was exremely helpful and made the processing quite smooth. I purchased a new Versa from Ferman and I am very happy with my overall experience. I went to the dealership knowing what I was looking for and the sales crew went out of their way to find it for me. Once it was found, it was fairly easy to negotiate a price that I was happy with. I have purchased two cars from Ferman Nissan and I would return there again in a heartbeat. Let me tell you why I rated Ferman Nissan with all five values. Because their sales personnel are competent, knowledgeable, cordial and patient.
