I would rate this dealership with negative stars if possible Purchased an 06 Murano with 90k miles on it for $12,000 which is way too much to begin with but wanted the option to purchase a warranty and thought s Purchased an 06 Murano with 90k miles on it for $12,000 which is way too much to begin with but wanted the option to purchase a warranty and thought since this was such a 'reputable' dealership I wouldn't get screwed. They charged me $2,500 for the warranty and 2 weeks after my purchase I had to bring it in w/ issues. The control arms, engine mount, wheel alignment, and a few other things they told me were wrong with it when they did the original inspection. *once they realized I was not paying out of pocket these additional things they said needed to be repaired/replaced were no longer broken. They said they were mistaken and the parts were fine. My guess is I'm not the only one they try to hustle. I also purchased what I thought was a full maintenance package. It was $515 so I assumed it covered more than just a maximum of 7 oil changes over the course of 2 years or 24k miles. Now I'm here waiting over an hour for an oil change. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced AFTER signing the papers of course. Save yourself the nightmare and go anywhere else! More

When we called back ready to pay I'm told it's just been sold off to someone else!! It makes me wonder if they really want to sell people cars or just treat everyone with terrible service?? I called inquiring about a used car, and most of the time, no one even picks up the phone! You get their voice mail system ! I called about a dozen times during business hours, and when I did get a receptionist, I was put in someone's voice mail as well. This was a weekday, from opening time to the afternoon, which is the slowest time in a dealership. I made contact with one sale person - Belinda, who was the most idiotic lazy person I've ever spoken to. I asked her to go out and verify the color of the car, and she told me to look at it online. I told her I couldn't tell the color for sure, and I could tell that I was bothering her. She told me she would have someone else do it. That someone else never called back, until over 24 hours later. I left a message with the " Internet Sales " Shad, who never picked up either. Then I called and asked for the "General Manager" Michael Kane, who also never picked up or called back. When the store's manager doesn't call you back, that's pretty bad. Makes you wonder what kind of customer service you will get after you buy a car there. Don't even think of going there ! More
INCOMPETENT LIARS This dealer has been one of the worst experiences and decisions I've had to live with. Everything that has stemmed from this deal has been a nightmare. The salesman, Luis, was an incompetent moron, better yet, a liar and thief. I was told the car was certified used, and also on the paperwork certified used, however, I never received my second set of keys I was promised. The tires went bad after about 1 month from sale, and after trying to contact Luis to try and get everything taken care of, no contact, no return calls, almost as if he never knew who I was. The serpentine belt was cracked, and bad, along with the breaks, which are bad, and should've been replaced when I got the car. I literally felt bamboozled. Now, as for the king THIEF, the Dealer Finance Department. Who promised me a half decent loan, and kept hounding me for more and more and more paperwork, promised me a better loan. I called daily to see what he could get, what kind of offers he could pull. He never returned my calls. The secretary had called me to tell me he'll call me and he had a better offer. He said he had a better offer the final conversation I had with them, and then by that time, I was already getting collection calls from the bank because they needed my payment, however, the finance dept never went over anything with me, except he would get me a much better rate. I got my credit ran through the mud with 13 inquiries from this moron. Now, its been a complete nightmare, and it only gets worse by the day. Oh!!! TO make matters worse!!! They were supposed to payoff my previous loan, it took them 3 1/2 weeks to pay it off, so they caused my final payment with my previous company to go delinquent! THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT CLOWNS YOU'LL EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH! I REGRET NOT GOING BACK TO TOYOTA. More

Melting Dashboard Nissan has been notified that my 2008 Altima Dashboard is melting. It is very shiny and becomes blinding when the sun is coming through the front wind Nissan has been notified that my 2008 Altima Dashboard is melting. It is very shiny and becomes blinding when the sun is coming through the front window, making it impossible to see because of the glare. It is sticky to the touch. Nothing has been used on it to make this happen. It is obviously a defect that the dash can't handle the Florida sun. I was told to go through corporate. I had to get an estimate and fax it to Nissan. They were un helpful and not willing to correct the defect. This is dangerous. I am ready to call Morgan and Morgan attorneys, as they may be able to start a class action suit since many other Fl Nissan owners are having the same problem with the dash and not being helped by Nissan. There are numerous complaints online. I am very dissatisfied with Nissan. Ferman associates could only refer to corporate and never took responsibility for the defect. More

He showed me the features of the car, including under the hood, and had me test everything out myself so I would learn it as best I could before driving away--very helpful. More

But, it doesn't stop there; they gave us an incredible deal; on our recent purchase of a 2013' 2500 SV.. Cargo Van, by far... the best around. Furthermore, I took it a step beyond, I intentionally went back, and grilled them- I tested their forbearance by making outlandish accusations on their integrity, and 'even then' they gracefully stayed their ground. Both Laz, and manager Don kept their cool about them- even with all my theatrics- unprecedented!! In light of that, I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for courtesy, and forthrightness. Congratulations gentleman- as you're absolutely number one in our sites!!! More
