We told them we wanted the discounts and they said we didn't qualify without telling us what it would take to qualify. After standing up to leave they showed us the list of qualifications, and wow, we qualified for more than half of them! After 5 hours of typical low life used car sales tactics, we finally finished up, and bought the car for $2,500 more than the internet price, but still less than invoice. If you're not willing to beat these guys back, and put in a long days work, stay away from this dealership More

The minute we drove up to the dealership, Ed was the firs Excellent service from Ed Sobolow from Ferman Nissan of Tampa. He looks like Maury Povich. The minute we drove up to the dealership, Ed was the first sales person to approach us outside. He took us immediately to the Nissan Rogue that I wanted to test drive. He wouldn't let us leave without a great deal. We even enjoyed the free BBQ while waiting. They had the Artic Blue color that I wanted. The Managers there were very nice, professional and wanted to please us. We also had a good laugh with the financial person PJ. Felt like part of the family. As soon as we were about to drive off in the sunset, they wanted us to take a picture for their Facebook page. Definitely will recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
Sold car with dangerous recall NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! We had an acquaintance who works at this dealership tell us about a car so my husband toddler and I came out to dealership NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE! We had an acquaintance who works at this dealership tell us about a car so my husband toddler and I came out to dealership to look at cars. We waited hours after looking at a car that we were interested in to see the price. We were pressured in to purchasing our car. We decide to purchase trusting this person that we had known. He had told us that the car came with a warranty. We went to the finance department to start signing papers, come to find out we were informed that there was no warranty. So we ended up purchasing a warranty. We felt obligated to continue with the purchase of this car. Week after the purchase our air stoped working the brakes felt as if they touched the ground. Called to get the inspection report which was told it was a full inspection and never received it. 8 months go by and a family member told me to go check out recalls on our jeep. Come to find out there was a recall on this jeep when they sold it to us. The ignition switch can come out of on while driving which is very dangerous. Called to ask if they would have caught this in the inspection report and I was told they did not have a full inspection report it was a safety inspection lies lies and more lies. I asked why they wouldn't tell me about this recall and was told they do not have to check the recalls before selling the cars off there lot. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership. I am currently looking into finding a lawyer. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE More

This is a SHADY dealership!!! Cars are falling apart!!! Worst experience ever at a car dealership!!! Called about a 2008 Acura RL listed online, was told to ask for "Senior Salesman" when we got there...her Worst experience ever at a car dealership!!! Called about a 2008 Acura RL listed online, was told to ask for "Senior Salesman" when we got there...here's why... car had busted side mirror covers, 2 non matching tires, leather coming off, cover over engine was cracked and barely on, diagnostic said air bag was disabled and would not enable along with the battery life very low...then car would not start...wait there is more...when we got out we smelled something burning!!! We could not believe that many things could be wrong with one car!!! Not even a "Senior Salesman" could sell that hunk of junk!!! That car should not even be on their internet or their car lot without disclosing the damages!!! And get this the "Senior Saleman" was horrible and no clue why or how any of this could have happened!!! We will NEVER PURCHASE A CAR from a dealership with the name FERMAN!!! More
