My air conditioner went out on my 2013 Nissan Altima but the Larry went out of his way to check to see if the air was still under warranty later I rec'vd a call that the air conditioner was under warranty and saved me $2,200.00 . I was very impressed that they took the time to check ,. You can't bet service like that. More
New Nissan Murano! I wanted to trade i my SUV to get a new Nissan. I met Anthony in sales, and he showed he a few Murano's and let me drive! I absolutely loved it. He worked up some numbers, and i was very excited to get my new truck. They did a dealer trade for me so I could get exactly the equipment I wanted, and Anthony went through all of the options and even set my Garage and Gate links up! The Finance Manager, Leo was very nice,and efficient, and i never felt pressure! Great store to buy a car from, efficient and quick to do your deal! Thanks Ferman for another great car! More
Beat sales experiencie ever. Suzy the best! In reallity I wasn't planing to buy a car. Be aware of Ferman Bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS. Wasn't inspected before being put for sale. Needed an A/C actuater. 5 days later they tell me they ordered the part will b Bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS. Wasn't inspected before being put for sale. Needed an A/C actuater. 5 days later they tell me they ordered the part will be another 3-5 days. They won't have it shipped overnight. Anything to sell a car, they don't care after you sign the papers. Very poor customer service. Be careful when going to this dealership! More

We had a loaded 2016 Juke to trade, we wanted to upgrade to a bigger vehicle with similar options. We knew how much we could finance but was unsure whether we wanted the Pathfinder Platinum or the Murano Platinum. Angie Rivera, our salesperson was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable. She assisted in helping us make an educated decision. We then received excellent service from Scott the sales manager and the Finance manager. Angie and the sales manager Scott even did a vehicle swap with another dealer to insure we took home the car we wanted. We ended up taking home a beautiful Murano Platinum at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Ferman Nissan to anyone interested in buying a new Nissan. We bought our Juke from Courtesy Nissan and it was no where near this experience. We will definitely be back. A positive experience in buying a car? I would have never thought buying a vehicle from a dealership would have been so easy and such a positive experience. Marc Harris, Scott Smith and Tom Frost were amazing! From the point of contact with Marc via Facebook to the finalization of financing and paperwork with Tom it was the easiest time I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! I'm still astounded. They took the time to find the best vehicle to fit our budget but still had bells and whistles they made it feel and look better than just a base model vehicle. They listened and helped and never pushed us into something more than we could afford. They also didn't high pressure sell us into any add-ons. To me that is a great quality for a dealership staff to have. To listen and work for the customer for what's in the customer's best interest. I will definitely be telling everyone I know of to go to Ferman Nissan. If all of the staff is as wonderful as these three then they will be a huge success! More
