Worst Experience Ever! Perhaps it was my fault for test driving a certified pre-owned vehicle in the rain but I ended up making the purchase. I told my associate that I would not be putting money down but when I got to the financing part of the deal, they had already done the paperwork including a $1,000 down payment which they said is what I told my sales rep. Anyhow, the next day I heard an odd noise coming from the front wheel well. I have tried to get them to fix this problem free of cost as the car is only 3 days old (to me). I have been stonewalled and told that I purchased the car so I must pay expenses so far. I would advise finding a different dealership to deal with. You would think they would actually inspect their vehicles before they list them for sale. It went through their 125+ point inspection but apparently that means nothing. Very Unhappy! Called AGAIN and one of the managers was kind enough to tell to see one of the service managers. I told them what I thought the problem was (and was right) and they said they'd fix it at no cost. We will see if this fixes the problem. So, I'll be driving a total of 4+ hours to get this issue dealt with which should have been handled before they sold the car as I noticed that it was one of the things they checked off on their certified inspection list. Still unhappy but glad the issue will hopefully be resolved at no cost to me so that I may enjoy my new vehicle. More
Expectations Exceeded........... I walked into the dealership and told Mike what I was shopping for and that my time was very limited. The end result was a very pleasant car buying experience. More

My air conditioner went out on my 2013 Nissan Altima but the Larry went out of his way to check to see if the air was still under warranty later I rec'vd a call that the air conditioner was under warranty and saved me $2,200.00 . They did a dealer trade for me so I could get exactly the equipment I wanted, and Anthony went through all of the options and even set my Garage and Gate links up! Anything to sell a car, they don't care after you sign the papers. Very poor customer service. Be careful when going to this dealership! More
