No Pressure Sales Bob Cole was my sales provider. From the time I received a voice mail and an email link to youtube introducing himself, I felt comfortable purchasing Bob Cole was my sales provider. Quality Work I used to have an Acura and took it to Ferman Acura and got wonderful service and it's the same thing with Ferman Nissan. The only dealership that actually honored the online price . After checking different dealerships online price Ferman Nissan was the only one that did not have any surprise charges . Not only did they hold true to their online price I was still able to negotiate to a price within my budget. I will be back. More
