2 hour oil change The service rep was nice, the service itself seems fine, however, an oil change and tire rotation should never take close to 2 hours! I arrived at 8:43am and didn't leave the dealership until 10:30am. I can only imagine they double booked me or something because they didn't start the oil change until I asked for an update after the first hour went by. This was the first oil change on my new car, so there was nothing else to really do but change the oil and rotate the tires. I have no plans on coming back even though it's conveniently located on my route to work. More

Smooth. Walked up to the showroom and was greeted by Adam. I said I wanted to look at the Frontier and he was happy to assist. At no time was he pushy, hard sell, but rather, friendly and informative. We did a test drive and he unexplained the features. When we started to talk pricing, he gave me info on incentives and rebates that helped bring the price down to the range I wanted. He asked if he could get my keys to have my trade in appraised. He was only gone a short time and the sales manage, Scott, gave me some info on rates etc. Adam came back & handed me back my keys. We chit chatted while the sales manager crunched numbers. I got a fair price, a great trade in figure and a pleasant experience. So I pulled the old let me sleep on it, which was no problem for the sales guys. Shook my hand and said good night. So I think...armed with a good deal I'll run by a competitor. What a nightmare. I went to where I wasn't shown a lot of "COURTESY " 😉 There it was hard core hard sell, awful pricing...even after I showed them my deal. They appraised my vehicle, came back under blue book (3k under Fermin) and then pulled the old, held my keys hostage trick. I couldn't get out any faster. The next thing I did was text Adam and asked him about some numbers. He checked and sweetened the price... we have a deal! I showed up the next day and was in and out in 2 hrs. I have had US built trucks for the last 27 years, so I really thought this would be a hard sell. It wasn't. I had a great experience with some friendly folks. I'm sure they put some money in their pockets, but that's ok...its how business works. Thanks guys...highly recommended. More
