If you are in the market for a new or used car, GO TO FERMAN I was in Tampa for a few days (I live in north Florida and I am not a fan of the Nissan dealership in my area) and had been thinking about getting a n I was in Tampa for a few days (I live in north Florida and I am not a fan of the Nissan dealership in my area) and had been thinking about getting a new Nissan Rogue for some time so I decided to pay Ferman Nissan a visit to see what they had to offer. Once I sat down with Suzy, I knew I had made the right decision on going to this particular dealership. From listening to what I wanted, to showing me the inventory, to explaining the logisitcs, she went above and beyond my expectations. Buying a new car can be a stressful process, but Suzy made it fun and eased all my concerns and worked with me every step of the way. I also have to give a shoutout to the finance manager, David, who made the (not so fun) financial aspect of the process as painless as possible. Leaking Transmission Gasket I came in for my regular maintenance oil change and during their inspection it’s was found that my transmission gasket was leaking. Larry Edwards imme I came in for my regular maintenance oil change and during their inspection it’s was found that my transmission gasket was leaking. Larry Edwards immediately called me and explained what was wrong with my car. I asked if it was “OK” to drive the car and what it would cost. We made an appointment for the repair and it was taken care of. We have always had all of our cars repaired at Ferman with Larry. He always goes above and beyond to provide great service! More
