From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the showroom today I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was given water, coffee, and Anthony Suda even bought me a delicious lunch. The finance "person", who is usually a "stuffed shirt" at most places, was easy to communicate with and he explained everything so well that I could not refuse his offers of the protective package and the maintenance package. Just FYI I have been using this dealership and service for a long time and their service department is equally as great. Everyone is amazingly helpful, concerned, and eager to please. He then moved to the service department as a Service Consultant. However, he went above and beyond when I came in to purchase my new Murano. Although he is now in the service department, Tom greeted me and stayed with me all the way through the purchase process. Now I enjoy seeing Tom whenever my car needs service. This is a man that understands customer service has no boundaries. As long as Tom is associated with Ferman Nissan of Tampa, I will continue to shop there faithfully.
