Well Ben the salesman was ok and patient. The overall experience was typical of most dealerships these days where they smile in your face and try to figure just how hard they can screw you ov The overall experience was typical of most dealerships these days where they smile in your face and try to figure just how hard they can screw you over behind your back. For instance they gave me $19k on my trade in knowing fully because I told them that I still owed $22k and sold ne a lease return vehicle for nearly $30k with a loan of nearly $34k. They ave my trade listed online for $26.5 and the blue book of the car i bought is $27.5. I get it is a business and you are there to make money. I made it a point to tell them about how VW of NPR dod basically the exact same thing that Maus ended up doing to me on the last car deal I did with them and made it a point to tell them please take care of.me and you will have a customer for life. I buy a car every 2-3 years. Instead of doing the right thing and making a deal where I wasn't getting screwed and they were still making decent money they went ahead and screwed me over. And to top it all off they still haven't paid off my trade in it have been a full month since the deal was signed and funded by the bank. The car should have been paid off long ago I now have the previous lender calling me aski.g about their payment that is no longer my responsibility to make. As I signed the car over to Maus on the 28th of December. They put my email i for in their system wrong as well as the lender. So I had to call the lender and get that straight so I could get everything set up to start making payments o. The new car. I have called Maus several times and stopped In personally twice trying to get all this mess straight about the payoff of the trade and each time I get the impression that no one gives a xxxx about the situation and I feel like they just tell me what I want to hear then do absolutely NOTHING to resolve the issue. This is clearly the case as I have been trying to get this resolved for weeks now at this point and nothing g has been done. They couldn't even update my email info correctly even though I personally went there and watched the guy update it in the system. He must have just been acting like he was doing it as I still had to call the le der and deal with it today. So, again I have found another car dealer that acts like they want to form long term relationships with their customers but it is all just a facade that is quickly stripped away to show the reality which is all they want to do, which is take you for as much as they can and send you on your way to deal with any issues that their half assed work ethics have left over that need to be dealt with. I will NOT be returning to Maus for.my next vehicle purchase unfortunately. Thank you for your time More

It was an effortless purchase. Humberto was respectful, knowledgeable and very attentive. Matt assisted me also and was very helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed. I felt Humberto had my best interest in mind as he assisted me. He drove the car home for me and got a ride back. That was helpful but I surely offered to take him back to the dealership. Jaryd, the finance person, was very pleasant, helpful and prepared. Everything moved along quickly and when he called me to sign papers, he was totally prepared. It took < 15 min. I did not feel as a woman alone that I was treated poorly or taken advantage of. The communication post-purchase was appreciative in nature and offered assistance if needed. Humberto sent me a few messages thanking me and stating he was available for concerns or questions. And...the car had nearly 3/4 tank of gas. That was a plus as I needed to be at an appointment soon after getting the car and was happy I did not have to stop for gas. I was pleased to hear oil changes and tire rotations are free for as long as I own the car. The car was impeccably clean and smelled wonderful. Everyone was polite at the dealership. Other employees asked me if I wanted a beverage as I was sitting there. I liked that the dealership is open in the evening, and I would certainly recommend Nissan to anyone looking for a car. I mentioned the fact that the time expenditure was 1 hr in the morning and < 2 hrs when I purchased because when I told a friend I was going back to get a car, she said they bought a car recently (from another dealership in Tampa) and the place seemed somewhat disorganized and they were there 5+ hours. She said it "took forever" for them be able to test drive the car. They did have a trade so that may have been a reason for the 5+ hours. I did not have a car to trade so that may have been a reason for things moving along as quickly as they did. Again, a good experience. I will return to Maus Nissan if I want to trade in the future.
