Sal is awesome, as are the techs. I have no love for the sales/finance side. Our service technician made a careless mistake that cost us over $3,000. We needed a quote for some front end work during an oil change appointment. Not only did that appointment take 4 hours but we were gi us over $3,000. We needed a quote for some front end work during an oil change appointment. Not only did that appointment take 4 hours but we were given quotes for work that should have been covered under warranty and we were told our warranty was expired. Fast forward a few months and I'm back for another oil change and turns out all the money I spent to fix up my car was wasted when we would have only been responsible for our deductible if the service attendant was paying better attention to my actual car and my actual account with Nissan. We are extremely disappointed with Maus Nissan. More
