SERVICE DEPARTMENT CHEATING WITH A CUSTOMER MY GRANDSON TAKE MY NISSAN MURANO TO A SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I DID BY EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT I HAD 30 DAYS WAITING PERIOD, I MAKE MISTAKE SEND MY MURANO MY GRANDSON TAKE MY NISSAN MURANO TO A SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I DID BY EXTENDED WARRANTY, BUT I HAD 30 DAYS WAITING PERIOD, I MAKE MISTAKE SEND MY MURANO 3 DAYS EARLIER THERE. NOBODY NEVER CALL ME FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TELLING ME MY EXTENDED WARRANTY IS NOT YET AVAILABLE YET. THEY DIAGNOSTIC MY MURANO, BEFORE TELL ME THAT IS COST ME $230.00. I FIND OUT WHEN I GO BACK AND WANT TO PICK UP MY CAR!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE PAID $230.00 FOR A NOTHING!!!!! THEY HAVE MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, A CAR IS UNDER MY NAME. THEY ARE DON'T CALL, THEY CALL MY GRANDSON. WHEN I COMPLAINING, SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME, ANYBODY ABLE TO TAKE A CAR THERE. BUT I THINK A CAR UNDER MY NAME, THEY ARE HAVE TO CALL ME, NOT A PERSON WHO DRIVE A CAR THERE. I VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WILL CALL CHANEL 8 TV, AND TELL THEM A STORY.
