CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! We have purchased 6 automobiles from this dealership in the past 5 years. Our last experience has been the worst. First they add $1000 to the price of We have purchased 6 automobiles from this dealership in the past 5 years. Our last experience has been the worst. First they add $1000 to the price of each car for basically nothing of value to a new car owner. Second, although they claim that they give you "FREE" oil changes for life, however the small print says only if you perform and pay for the extra servicing recommended by Nissan, by their service department. So you get your first oil change for free at 5000 miles, and they hassle you about paying for tire rotation, even though they give it to you as a courtesy the first time, but watch out after that you will be paying $$$ for your "FREE" oil changes. Although it's not technically false advertising, they don't fully explain this when you buy. And since you are filling out a pile of paperwork in order to get out of the dealership, you sign-up for the benefit, without a thorough explanation of how it works. Their motto is "Maus Nissan, Whatever it Takes." They leave out "to get YOUR MONEY! I will not buy from them again, I will not recommend any of my friends or family, and I have found a place that charges a fair price for my regularly scheduled oil changes and tire rotations. not happy anthony knudson I bought a 2012 f150 2.5 month ago their was a few issue with the truck power outlet on dash did not work and the front rotor are out of round . its I bought a 2012 f150 2.5 month ago their was a few issue with the truck power outlet on dash did not work and the front rotor are out of round . its a wiring issue not plug or fuse for power out let extend warrant does not cover it nor remaining factory warranty the big issue is the rotor that need of resurfacing witch takes about 1.5 hrs to do but it not safety issue when appyling the brakes and the steering wheel shakes but it was verified by service and brought to their att. with 30 days of purchase any repitale dealer would of taken care of this at no charge More

Worst experience EVER our sales rep was a nice guy but the sales manager was the worst person ever. They try and strong arm you into buying a car. Simply the Best Customer Service I had such a great experience at Maus Nissan. Dixon got a few vehicles ready for me to look at when I arrived. He knew I was bringing my two kids unde I had such a great experience at Maus Nissan. Dixon got a few vehicles ready for me to look at when I arrived. He knew I was bringing my two kids under the age of 5 so he wanted to make it as efficient as possible. Not only was the sales experience great, but after the sale as well. He went above and beyond by picking up my vehicle from my work to have a the with Windows tinted and then brought it back before I was done with work.
