Faulty battery I went to Maus Nissan for a road side emergency. My battery is covered under warranty and was told by Nissan the battery is fine. I also indicated to Katrina Atkinson (Service Advisor) that AAA had to jump start my vehicle and said the battery needed to be replaced and pointed out to me the battery was visibly damaged. I had my vehicle serviced in July and the mechanic put padding ontop of battery to protect against corrosion. However, he screwed the battery so tight that it was cracked. I pointed to this out to Katrina that the battery is visibly damaged, the car is not starting right, and there was corrosion on the battery that was never cleaned. Katrina Atkinson offered no help to me at all. The following day I was still having problems starting my vehicle and went to purchase a new battery . I have been a loyal Nissan customer since 2003. Your dealership let me down. I strongly recommend you have your Service Advisor to start to listen to the customer and help resolve the problem rather then ignoring the facts . I made a complaint with Nissan Corporate. More

The work was done That I came here for. However I started the car and immediately a computer message came up on my maps which was directly related to the work done leav That I came here for. Also I was promised a wash but didn’t get one. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The wait below average. Overall, a good experience as far as work on a car can be good. More

Pathfinder Fix Lance was a huge help in diagnosing and taking care of my problem with my 2014 Pathfinder. Another Great Experience This is the 5th time in a row that Lance and the crew have gone out of their way to help resolve my car issue(s). This time, it was a couple of faulty This is the 5th time in a row that Lance and the crew have gone out of their way to help resolve my car issue(s). This time, it was a couple of faulty tire sensors and a tire puncture, which were addressed free of charge. It took a couple of visits to take care of both sensors, since 1 had to be ordered, but I haven't had any issues since...and they even gave me a decent car wash to boot. Keep up the great work, Guys!!! More
