Paul - I need to call you out on this fabrication of what happened. Giving your cell is fine. Giving it to me and stating that you are giving it to me because "you might forget to call me back" is extremely unprofessional. And, indeed, you never did call me back, so apparently you know your own bad habits with upset clients. When we talked live, you were available and you listened to the entire story of all of the issues and no one ever returning the many calls I made about it. You had stated that you weren't sure how you would pay for the services that were included in, and I PAID for, in the Maus Care plan that your customers are forced to purchase. You further stated that the staff should have completed some "form" and you didn't know how you would justify the cost since it had been so long (not my problem to figure out your inner-workings, by the way). You were supposed to be looking into it, then, as you predicted, never called me back until I posted a negative review here and contacted Nissan USA Corporate Affairs. I have received your voicemail now FINALLY wanting to fix things and will ring you back, but wanted documentation here as what you stated in your 2/10 response is not truthful or accurate.
