I had a lovely experience with Carl he was friendly and patient. He was there through every step of my purchasing process and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing and if the Murano was the correct c patient. Overall, there was a lot of down time and waiting to purchase the car, between negotiations and financing over 2 days I was there for about 7-8 hours.
