I took my car in for it’s first check up! It has less than 700 miles and I’ve had it since 2/13/20. I asked them to set the “bells and whistles” that came with the car. They didn’t. If I could take stars from this lying, cheating, dirty dealing dealership I would. They lie tell you they will pay off your lease that was in perfect condition low mileage then they take your down put & dealing dealership I would. Not to mention other issues no negotiating the car price how the sales man has to make something off the price cause his is only making $50 from the sale he has to split with the other sales guy that worked with him. Really? (Ron) Then the issues with Maus care I paid for the whole Maus care package to find out that what needs to be corrected is not covered even though i paid the complete price. "Dont let us lose your business over price." According to (Gerald) there was no such add. Is just smoke & mirrors. Well Maus family, you claim you are a faith based business, but again smoke & mirrors. Thanks for all the junk emails about your business which literately are just junk. Thank you for the time you took to listen to my concerns about your family faith based business as well. I steer & will continue to steer people away from your business that is a smoke & mirror show. Thanks (Ron) for your call back about my second key. I think Kevin was the only one who tried to help with that & he disappeared as well. This dealership is all over you when you are there to shop. Literately keep you there for hours trying to break you down. There was 1 sales associate Mike who I do not see on your website that was a awesome salesman then when i went back someone else told me they were on his team & they could help. Yeah helped me right into a used car I paid more for than the brand new one I was looking at. Thanks again for the lies.
