We drove an hour and a half to this dealership on Mother’s Day weekend after picking our kids up from school because they had already agreed to the trade value on our truck. We were completely transparent beforehand and specifically told them the windshield needed replacement. They acknowledged it and still gave us the $38,000 number (they came down from $38,500 with the windshield). After making the long trip with two kids, they suddenly decided to reduce the offer by $1,000 because of the windshield they already knew about. It felt extremely misleading and dishonest. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of respect for people’s time. If the dealership was never going to honor the agreed value, they should have said so before having a family drive three hours round trip (and $60 in fuel) on a holiday weekend. Would NOT recommend based on our experience! More

My Wife and I recently leased a new 26' MDX from Maus Acura. We started by going thru the internet and were assisted by Jan Echeverria. After working with him and his sales manager through some emails/ Acura. We started by going thru the internet and were assisted by Jan Echeverria. After working with him and his sales manager through some emails/phone calls back and forth concerning payment and our trade, we were able to come into the dealership and pick up the new vehicle to agreed numbers and were out of there in less than two hours.
