Car Maintenance Johnny at the service desk was awesome! Employees like him get people to come back again and again. we brought our 2007 Ford Escape in for an oil chan Johnny at the service desk was awesome! Employees like him get people to come back again and again. we brought our 2007 Ford Escape in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. partly because of the ad for an inexpensive oil change. They did a very good job on the oil change and also told us we needed new tie rods. Because of Johnny we are back today to get the tie rods fixed. There's a lot of auto shops out there people and quality of service make the difference. We'll be back for more service for sure. Thank you Johnny. More

I had a lot of factors that have in the past, prevented me from becoming a car owner. Matthew Motors did everything that could and were able to, to assist in my purchase. When you dont have "the good credit" and some other issues, salesmen or women don't want to be bothered. I can say that @ M&M, they treat everybody the same. It doesn't matter if credit is top notch or not, yes one way may help you quicker than the other, but M&M don't mind putting in the work needed to get you into the vehicle you want or desire, or what will suit you. I would recommend this company to anyone. Morgan and Miranda, along with some others, helped the Hudson's. More

Getting it done!!! Miranda Lewandoski , Matt Reid and so many others on the Matthew Motors team, sold me a Jeep while I was participating in the Grease Monk Event for wo Miranda Lewandoski , Matt Reid and so many others on the Matthew Motors team, sold me a Jeep while I was participating in the Grease Monk Event for women. Talk about multitasking, learning road side car care, while the finance mangers pushing that pen to make the best deal for me, and to top it off I won a prize drawing certificate for 02 Fitness!!!! When we arrived Luke and Matt and Miranda were very nice and accommodating knowing we came an hour away . They had all our paperwork ready and all we had to do was pick out a vehicle . Got a good car, but the rest of the experience was laim Got a good deal on a predominately good car; good trade in on my car. Also, the finance person was great! That's where it ends. Trying to get warranty information from the salesman was like pulling teeth; they kept giving me brochures and ad flyers instead of the actual policy. Left me feeling like something was shady. Finally, the finance girl saved the deal by explaining all my options to me. Secondly, only had one key, so they said they would order me another one. Turned out to be a used key fob that I had to take to Hyundai to get re-programmed and a new key installed and cut. They paid me back, but they should have had that taken care of it when they told me it would be ready. Third, they really really push their service department. Very pushy on scheduling your next service appointment before you even leave. They'd done one before they sold it, so it didn't need an oil change for 7500 miles, and how can you predict when that is going to be? I was annoyed by the pushiness. Not only that, but mysteriously, the electronic service interval on the car was set to 3000 miles instead of the factory setting of 7500. Looks like twice the visits than what is necessary. Fourth, when I finally did perform an oil change (I do my own), the drain plug was torqued so tight that I had to use an impact wrench to get it off. Probably what they used to put it on. And, probably had to do that to stop the oil leak because the drain plug washer was missing, which is inexcusable because a new one comes with the oil filter. Lastly, screwed up the plate application. Told me they were transferring the tags, when in fact new tags were ordered and I was supposed to turn the old ones in. This resulted in a ticket for not having correct plates on my car. Court date is 10/26. More

Just as Bad as the rest! I live out of state. I visited the dealership because they basically promised that I'd drive away with a vehicle. They made it seem as if there was a I live out of state. I visited the dealership because they basically promised that I'd drive away with a vehicle. They made it seem as if there was a pre approval after I'd spent DAYS answering questions. I was very forthcoming with my limitations, needs and any credit issues. In other words I was honest with them! They made me travel under the guise of being successful then tried to put me in what THEY wanted to unload, not what I'd be happy in. One representative seemed to never talk to another, because I'd go from one to the other and answer the same questions. One would make an offer, the other would say it was undoable. And when I finally did settle on a vehicle,One would say I was approved, then five minutes later the next would say I wasn't and try talking me into the beater I didn't want in the first place. Terrible business, and only searching for the almighty dollar, even when they say they'll do everything in their power to help you under any circumstances. They LIED to get me to take the trip and they LIED the whole time I was there. I would recommend that anyone considering this dealership shop around... the aggravation and waste of time isn't worth it. More
