Quick & Smooth I went to Matthews to test drive a couple of vehicles. Someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told them why I was there and he introduced I went to Matthews to test drive a couple of vehicles. Someone greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told them why I was there and he introduced me to Mike. We spoke for a little bit and I was able to start test driving rather quickly. Mike even arranged to test drive an auto on one of their other lots. I liked one of them and wanted to test drive it again. It was no problem. I was not fully decided. I let Mike know I was just beginning my search. Mike followed up with me a week later. I was still unsure. A few days later I decided what I wanted to do and went to see Mike. We started the process. Due to my busy schedule we had to arrange completing paperwork and picking up the car. We got it all worked out and I was able to pick up my new Toyota Rav4 for the weekend. He was very accommodating and all went very smooth. Thanks Mike, I love my new vehicle. Brian More
