I was there for a 60,000 mile service. I had to ask for a copy of the multi-point inspection. I was assured that they would check the items on the 60000 mile service list (e.g. air filters I had to ask for a copy of the multi-point inspection. I was assured that they would check the items on the 60000 mile service list (e.g. air filters, oil filters etc), but I didn't get any feedback about them. I asked and got a vague answer and I can't be confident that this was done. I suspect it was because the service agent was overwhelmed and he didn't seem to be able to just print the report, but had to manually copy it by hand when I asked him for details. Not sure if the filters are still good. There are only 2 Kia dealers in our area and I've had the same experience at both. When this site was owned by Fucilla it was soooo much better. When I change this current car maybe I'll have to get something other than a Kia. Don't know who Bradley is in this report - he wasn't the one I met. More
