The lease was almost to the end for my KIA and the decision to lease again, extend the current lease or forget about driving again. I worked before with Ron Felix with the KIA and met a couple of times. Because his understanding in working with the elder population, I found less anxiety because there wasn't any heavy sales pitch and the pressure pressure was lifted. Instead we zeroed in on my body's ability to get in and out of the cars at Hyundai and my affordability. The outcome was for a 2025 vehicle and the one on the lot turned into a very attractive Kona which is quite comfortable and will work in my budget with some personal adjustments to be made. The perk I wasn't prepared for are the compliments made and how this Crossover has the appearance of a sports car. I received a follow up call from Ron, ready to go over the questions I may have. I very much appreciate the time and patience he is willing to give to one who processes big ticket items slower. Now that I've bonded with the car, I'm sure I will have some questions along the way,being it's just a little different. Compliments are frequent with this Kona.
