have been waiting over 2 months for repair. first told was a backordered part. then waiting on communication with ford co. tech people. Now back to waiting on backordered part again. When we have complained, are told we have hurt the service dept. feelings Have bought 3 new vehicles from them. Never again and will not recommend. More
