I enjoyed doing business with Ramsey and Matthews Ford. I've bought three vehicles from Matthews and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. My only disappointment is the vehicle came with only one key and I've bought three vehicles from Matthews and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. My only disappointment is the vehicle came with only one key and Matthews wants $320 to make a duplicate. Two keys should be included with a Ford vehicle only one year old bought From a Ford dealer.. I never would have thought to ask how many keys are included. That said I still view them as a top ranked dealer with my full trust and confidence. They have an excellent service department and I have all my servicing done there. . More
