From the moment we arrived, they treated us with care and understanding. Annette took the time to explain everything clearly, alleviating our stress and showing genuine concern for our predicament. Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they also informed us that our engine was still covered under Lincoln's 6-year/70,000-mile powertrain warranty. This saved us from significant out-of-pocket expenses. Thanks to their professionalism and empathy, we felt supported and confident during an otherwise chaotic time.
