So disappointed in the lack of care or concern. The service department had ny car over a month. Was never offered a loaner. My car had ac when we drove it in, did not have it when I finally got it bac service department had ny car over a month. Was never offered a loaner. Was promised a complete detail for my troubles and them having my car for so long, that also did not happen after spending 4500+ in the service department.
