Had my appt set 2week ago...for my first maintence since buying new/use suv...they did everything I ask for on top of that..I ask for exterior car wash and got it. In /out in 2 hours. Scheduled a brake service appointment and had to be sure I’d get my Expedition back the same day. Service Dept closes at 5. At 4 my service advisor JJ said he would need to keep my vehicle overnight, the te I’d get my Expedition back the same day. Service Dept closes at 5.
