I’m over 60 and have bought numerous new vehicles, with the exception of my Motorcycles, all but one were purchased in this town. The last three from this dealership under different owners. However, this is the first time I have been denied a loner vehicle while mine was being repaired. I’m always amazed that they are too lazy to keep cars on their showroom floor, but I suppose that would require a manager or owner to actually show up and instruct a sales person to do it. I’ve been standing in the empty showroom waiting on my truck and had customers approach me with questions about vehicles on the lot when I was there waiting on my vehicle. With the proposed $2billion theme park coming to this town you would think Dodge would do a better job here. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t purchase another vehicle from them. No complaints about the mechanics or job they preform, they do amazingly great work in an extremely outdated, poorly designed space. But for the shop manager to tell a long time repeat buyer that they have done away with their loner program and leave them stranded at the shop without even offering them a ride home is unacceptable. I will be buying my next truck out of town if I decide to stay with Ram. More
