They knew what was wrong with my vehicle by just listening to it run. After they fixed it, they took the time to show me the parts they had to replace and explained to me why they needed to be repla listening to it run. Hi everyone. I regret that I made a favorable post about Matthews Chrysler Jeep Dode in Vinita. Here's the issue. We bought a cheap car. It's a really nice car, b I regret that I made a favorable post about Matthews Chrysler Jeep Dode in Vinita. Here's the issue. We bought a cheap car. It's a really nice car, but it's a 2007. Great. We wanted clarification on the mileage. He Jeremy, the sales manager, told me three times he'd had the shop verify the vehicle's mileage on the car's computer. That's because the odometer isn't working. It's an easy fix that I'm doing myself, but I wanted some peace of mind by comparing the mileage on the car's title to the mileage advertised. I was told they don't have to get me a title for 60 days. I drove away troubled. A few days later I went back to the dealership because no one would return my phone calls. At this point, I was not angry. I was worried, but not suspicious. I just wanted verification because.....the title showed up and.....tge odometer hasn't worked for three years. Michael stood over me, pointing and shouting. You signed the odometer statement!!!! Ok. So, very suspicious now!!He got up shoved a paper I signed and basically called me stupid because I believed what he told me. Then he put his finger in my face., shoved the paperwork at me and told me to leave. I have reported odometer fraud to the OK Attorney General. FYI the mileage was NEVER verified through the vehicle's computer. The computer was Michael's desktop and it was Carfax. Carfax is not always up to date!! More
