I had a very pleasurable experience right from the start from phone service, sales, management and financing. Feel could have given me a better deal but in the long run very satisfied with the service all around. Colton Connell was my sales person and he was a pleasure to deal with, no high pressure, was very patient with us and answered any questions that may have arose. Open with glass windows to view true colors of both exterior and interior, Facility open and airy. All staff friendly. Not aggressive . Strongly recommend. Mine has a wonderful personality. Save yourself and find somewhere else When you watch movie, you always think, “Car sales men aren’t really like this.” Well guess what, this dealership is picture perfect to the movies. This place is so unorganized and disrespectful to women, it’s actually repulsive. I was buying this car by myself as a young woman and had brought a guy along for some help because I didn’t have much experience with car buying. I got asked the SAME question SIX times by their finance guy because he was “just checking” but never batted an eye when the male gave him an answer. I had to deal with them calling the guy when there was a problem when he had nothing to do with the car, instead of me, who was buying the car!! Truly frustrating. I also had to deal with them taking double the amount of what I was putting on the car, out of my account and almost wiping my whole account. I had gone into the dealership Monday night, after waiting an hour for the finance guy when we had made an appointment and showed up on time, I then HANDED him a personal, hand written bank check. The next day, Tuesday, he called the guy who I was with instead of myself that they were having a problem with the check because I have a smaller credit union. I called him and asked him what was going on and he replied with, “Well I said I needed a bank check, I thought you knew what that was.” BUT he had ABSOLUTELY no problem taking that HANDWRITTEN check the night before. He even gave me a receipt for it before we left so it wasn’t like he just took it and put it away! I had to rush out of work early on Tuesday because I needed the bank check to pick up my car the next day, Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around and I have my bank check. Mid-day Wednesday, I checked my bank account and saw that they had cashed my personal check that they said they couldn’t cash for 10 days and that they would give back to me when I came in to pick up the car. So now $9,000 cleared from my account, I drive to the dealership after work and the sales guy who I had been working with replies with, “That’s great news the personal check went through!” Absolutely, no communication between the sales and finance guys. Then the manager wanted to keep my bank check “just in case my personal check bounces back” aka I would still be out $9,000. I said absolutely not. I gave my plates to the sales guy to put on my car and then got my keys and know the only time I will have to go back there is for my registration. I call the place two days later, now Friday, to see if it is ready because I was headed out of town for the weekend. I talked to a secretary and she said they still need my plate numbers. The same numbers that were on the plates I handed the sales guy on Wednesday. I gave them to her and hoped that this will all be over soon. Nope. I get a text from the sales guy on Tuesday, a day before I need my registration that he needs my plate numbers. Again, the same plate numbers I have now given them 2 other times. Every single person I talked to at this dealership, which was probably 8 people, didn’t communicate to the next. Even after my experience, the sales manager reached out to see how my experience was and I told him every detail of what happened during my experience and that it was very unacceptable, more happened that I can even write about. A few days later, the general manager reach out with the customer care person on the email following up about how my experience was and forwarded over what I had sent the sales manager. I have not gotten a single call or email regarding my experience truly reflecting that they do not care about their customer’s satisfaction or making it right with the customer. I did get a good deal on my car but WAS NOT worth the headache I had to deal with this and would encourage others to find somewhere else. More

Horrible experience My experience at Mastria Mazda was absolutely horrible. My sales experience was fast and easy of course they want to make a sale but a few days after My experience at Mastria Mazda was absolutely horrible. My sales experience was fast and easy of course they want to make a sale but a few days after I had my new car it started having issues starting with a bad battery that I had to jump every time to start my car. Also a clunking noise in the frontend and the rotors were so bad it was causing the car to vibrate and the steering wheel to shake uncontrollably when applying the brakes. I called my salesman who was no help and said there was nothing they could do but he’d have the manager call me who never did. I called several times leaving voice mails and was completely ignored. I finally had to drive to the dealership and confront the manager who tried to then tell me theres nothing they can do now having my car for two weeks I was very frustrated and he finally settled on replacing the battery and rear rotors but nothing else. This was absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership I highly recommend to stay far away from Mastria Mazda. More

Fantastic service - Pre-owned buyer I had been looking at small SUVs for a little while. Never owned a Mazda in the past... but did some research on the brand and the CX-5 was the type o I had been looking at small SUVs for a little while. Never owned a Mazda in the past... but did some research on the brand and the CX-5 was the type of vehicle I was looking for. I had test driven Toyotas, Hyundais etc. but wasn't blown away by anything I tried. I stopped in to Mastria in Raynham to 'look'. Taylor Perry greeted me at the front of the dealership. I explained what I was looking for. She listened closely to everything. She showed me a number of vehicles until we found one that was exactly what I was looking for. I had a few minor concerns and she assured me they would be addressed. Then we spoke with Michael Luu, who also informed me that my minore concerns would be addressed and we worked on negotiating a price / term that worked for me. We came to an agreement that worked well for both parties. I have been driving my, 'new to me' CX-5 for 1+ month now and absolutely love it! They lived up to their word and all the minor concerns I had were addressed. Taylor and Michael could not have been more helpful. They were both great to work with... going above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and (very important to me) no pressure. I would recommend this brand, dealership... and above all else the employees I worked with to anyone. More

One of the best qualities for a dealership to possess is a salesman that makes you feel they are honest with you. Mastria has been above and beyond the best dealership I have ever experienced.
