I had a very positive experience at Mastriano Mazda, both in trading in my old vehicle, and purchasing a new one. They gave me a great price on the trade-in, and they worked with me in a timely, no-pressure way, with clear explanations, through the purchasing process. Both the sales person (Thomas—“big red”) and Finance staff member treated me with kindness and professionalism. We even had some good laughs together, making it a fun and exciting experience to buy a new car!

My husband and I stopped in to end my lease. Ashley was walking in, hands full but she stopped to check on us and didn’t hesitate to help. She was very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. Thomas B helped me into a CX-5 this morning and I couldn't be more thankful of a smooth experience

My review is based off the sales person only. Logan was nothing but professional the whole time. Being short handed like most of the companies lately, Logan still made time and was very down to earth. That’s coming from a guy who does not like car salesman.

Wow, what a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience! I’ve never been able to say that before and I’ve never written a review of a car dealer before. Yesterday I went to Mastria Mazda, with dread in my heart, to go through the process of buying a new car, CX-5 in this case. I was paired up with Thomas Belliveau as my product specialist (salesperson) and what a great experience it turned out to be. Thomas is a friendly, well-spoken professional in every sense. He was very helpful and great to work with. Being this would be the first time I purchased a Mazda, he shared an appropriate amount of knowledge about the CX-5 and CX-9 trims without being "salesy". He answered the few questions I had and sent me off on my own for three test drives with different cars. That was easy. I wanted to buy the CX-5 and now I braced myself for the car dealer "negotiation dance". Again, I was blown away by how straightforward the experience was. I told Thomas I wanted to buy the car and it came down to the money. I had a trade, so he asked for the keys to my trade, and they where returned to me in about 15 minutes. I didn't have to demand them back! I asked for their best offer on my trade and for them to price two different cars (different trims of the CX-5). They got me printouts in 5 or 10 minutes and we only had to go back over the offer once and I felt like I received a great deal (given current market conditions). Finance/Business Office experience was also quick and reasonable. If you are looking for a new car, especially if its for a Mazda, do your self a favor and visit Mastria Mazda and ask to work with Thomas Belliveau!
