Michael Maynard. Excellent service from start to finish! So my 2004 Mazda 3 was definitely showing its age, and I knew it was getting to be that time. I had stopped at a few dealerships to look at different So my 2004 Mazda 3 was definitely showing its age, and I knew it was getting to be that time. I had stopped at a few dealerships to look at different cars; but at each place I went I was hit on immediately by a sales rep who started asking a million questions that I was not ready to answer. Annoying!! Jeez dude I just wanna look! Get away from me! Then on my way back to Boston last week my GPS took me down the Raynham auto mile. I pulled in at the Mazda dealership just to kick some tires, no plan to buy, and saw a whole line of 2018 Mazda 3’s directly opposite a whole line of 2015 lease returns. I got out to take a look; and for quite a while I went back and forth looking at each row of cars figuring out what the difference was between the two. I had a good long time to myself which is very rare at a car dealership. It’s what every buyer wants, but few dealerships ever understand! Why??? So that was the first thing that I really enjoyed about my experience there. Then Mike Maynard comes out, shakes my hand, and we start talking. Very cool, very chill guy. We talked about the physical differences between the new and the used 3’s and the price differences. Then I asked to sit in one that I fell in love with at first glance. A beautiful charcoal grey 2015 3 i Grand Touring. And it was clean clean clean clean on the inside. Then we went for a drive. Mike never pushed me throughout the entire experience. Each step was at my request. That’s the second thing I appreciated about my experience there. And of course it was the test drive that sold me. I loved my 2004, but this 2015 was nice. REALLY nice. I was sold. It was time. We went inside and Mike gave me the price, outlined the different down payment/loan payment options, and I signed a bunch of papers. Price, trade in value, all that was very fair. I knew the Edmunds values of my car and the 2015, and I am not the type to be a complete xxx just to say I saved $500 by bargaining. Just not my thing. If the price I’m given is fair for the age and condition, then I’m good. So then I sat with Ricardo, the finance guy, who sent out a mass loan request; and the first one that shot back an approval was my actual bank which was awesome. My own bank; and I never even had to take the time to go there and do the loan paperwork myself. It was all done sitting inside the dealership. Just smooth sailing from start to finish including an intro to the service department and a really cool car monitoring app that shows everything on my phone. But Michael is definitely the man. Ask for him. You can tell he really loves the cars he sells. The only issue I had was that the car had rubber mats that I didn’t like. No problem. Mike switched them out for a full set of carpet mats and even found me an extra key. That (among everything else) is good customer service. More

I was referred to DERECK who would be coordinating this transaction with all the appropriate team members. DERECK was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE in the various steps involved in the transaction. He coordinated all the various personnel to handle the appraisal, test drive, photos, negotiations, etc., quickly and smoothly. Before I knew it, I received and accepted a very fair offer for my car and was on my way. They even offered me a ride home!! Definitely "go that extra mile" for sure in providing great service! First Mazda! Very happy with experience I was drawn to the Mazda CX9 by looks alone. After meeting Michael Maynard on my first visit to Mastria I knew I would be going back to test drive an I was drawn to the Mazda CX9 by looks alone. After meeting Michael Maynard on my first visit to Mastria I knew I would be going back to test drive and buy with him. He was very attentive and patient, not pushy and irritating. He directed his questions to me, even though my husband was with me, knowing that I was the primary driver of this vehicle. There was none of that "Are you looking to put your wife into a new vehicle today sir?'', kind of vibe (which I got at a Nissian dealership a week before). I appreciate that kind of service. He was very knowledgeable about the CX9's and CX'5s, and Mazda in general. I got a great deal in a timely manner, and I'm enjoying driving my new car. I would recommend Mastria and Michael to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Luckily I found Mastria and from the start Dereck at Mastria was super helpful and honest and tr I had an unpleasant experience at another dealership.
