I had gone to multiple dealerships and wasn’t even considering buying a Mazda, but after doing some extensive research I found that the CX5 has gotten great ratings. Upon arriving to the dealership I noticed it was very modern and gave a sense of luxury. Colton Connell took us for a test drive and explained all the features the CX-5 had to offer. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge he had, and was relieved to see he wasn’t saying things to up-sell. I went back a few days later to test drive another car, and Colton took care of us again. I was interested in the car, but wanted to see everything it had to offer before committing. I asked Colton if he could drive the car in sport mode and show me the features he was more familiar with and he did just that. After really seeing what the car could do i was sold. After purchasing the car Colton stood with us the entire time until we saw the finance manger. I really appreciated this because it made us feel like he really cared about more than just making a sale. The finance manager was also very nice and accommodating. He answered all our questions (which were a lot!) and we did not feel rushed at all. When I went to pick up my car the sales manager came over and congratulated me and took the time to inquire about my experience. This is very different from other dealerships I have dealt with. Great customer service and I absolutely LOVE my CX-5! More

Experience with the team at Mastria Mazda First of all, I would like to point out that I am the opposite of an impulse buyer and I was VERY nervous about buying a newer car with my first time First of all, I would like to point out that I am the opposite of an impulse buyer and I was VERY nervous about buying a newer car with my first time financing. All of the staff at Mastria Mazda were so patient with me and always gave me the best service each and every time I went in to look around and test drive a few cars. Colton is an absolute sweetheart who told me everything I needed to know about each car, without being pushy with the Sales. Though I never thought about a lease, Mike Luu pointed out all of the awesome perks I could get and was also extremely knowledgeable. The best part about him, though, was that he ALWAYS had a big smile on his face and warmly welcomed me into the dealership; I LOVE that! Thomas helped me out during my second visit, knowing that I had been there before; he guided me towards cars, but had extreme patience with me and all of my annoying questions, saying that he didn't want me to be stressed about buying a car, but wanted to make this experience fun for me. He is the one I ended up signed with for my awesome pre-owned car. The biggest action that stuck out to me with Thomas was when he sent me a personalized video of him getting in the car that I loved ( which I had found on their website), but I was in work and could not go see the car in person and I was extremely nervous that the car would be sold by the time I got the chance to see it in person. Thomas took initiative and went out of his way to go get the car and take a video just for me (I know this because he addressed me at the beginning, made jokes throughout and pointed out all of the awesome perks of the car). He made my car buying experience such a priority! That was truly the moment that I decided to buy. The customer service can't be beat here. Barry, the General Manager, was SO helpful. Though he is a VERY busy man, he made the time to email me details about any cat that I had said I was interested in and gave me the honest truth of each one. When it was all said and done, after I signed the first few documents for my new car, I met Ricardo. He handles all of the loan documents (which is where money is talked about a lot which can be very stressful, but he made it so pleasant). His fun and witty personality made the process a breeze and he truly made me feel even more comfortable with the decision I was making. Ricardo is wonderful at his job; he fluidly moves through each document, while also making sure to explain the importance of each one without making it a bore. Rick Matria, you have such an AMAZING team!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for buying a new car. More

He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. I was able to schedule for the exact date and time I was hoping, on a weekend, with only a few I brought my Mazda 3 in for a 30,000 mile service call. I was able to schedule for the exact date and time I was hoping, on a weekend, with only a few days notice. The service manager was friendly and clearly described what was being done, how much it would cost, and the duration of time needed. Upon completion the service technician sent me a short movie clip with my car and what had been found. The total time was within ten minutes of the estimate, and the cost was accurate to the penny. I cannot recommend this location enough. I'll be using this for servicing my Mazda as long as I have the car. More
