BEST IN AREA We already had bought a new car from Taylor Perry at Mastria Mazda and was so pleased with that transaction that we decided to go back and get a used We already had bought a new car from Taylor Perry at Mastria Mazda and was so pleased with that transaction that we decided to go back and get a used truck from her. As usual, she was totally on top of everything and showed us a couple of trucks and gave us information on two we were interested in. When we decided on which one we liked the best she took us out for a test drive on back roads and highway to be sure it performed as we wanted. There were a few minor things to be frixed and she setup an appointment right away for the service department to take care of them. When i mentioned i was going to "junk" my old car she put it down as a trade-in so we could just swap the plates and not have to deal with it. everyoine at Mastria was friendly and professional but Taylor is a real gem who knows her cars and trucks and gets to know her customers so she can match them with the best vehicle! More

Horrible experience!!! Mark Striggles or Wiggles in finance is extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending!!!! He might start off acting like a perfect gentleman but as soon as you tell him that y finance is extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending!!!! He might start off acting like a perfect gentleman but as soon as you tell him that you are declining his extended warranty and LAH insurance, he turns into a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional jerk. They tried to screw me over on the actual price of the vehicle as well. I have worked in auto sales and in auto finance and let me tell you, this was my worst car buying experience ever. Lucky for me, I never got around to taking delivery of the vehicle. Stay away from Mastria. They will try to screw you over in every way imaginable. More

I was treated as a valued customer from the first minute and I was asked "what I wanted in a car", not what they wanted to sell me. Once I had decided to purchase the Mazda CX3, I was prepped and shown all its features, and the agent went above and beyond to satisfy my questions. More
Outstanding no-pressure service I tend to loathe the process of buying cars, mostly because I have little patience for the games that are played at most dealerships. Based on my expe I tend to loathe the process of buying cars, mostly because I have little patience for the games that are played at most dealerships. Based on my experience with Mastria Mazda, I would be hard-pressed to ever go anywhere else. Service was quick, attentive and responsive to my needs. I had done a fair amount of research online through their extensive inventory and knew the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase, and they made the process as simple as it could be. Additional options (i.e., extended warranty, service plans, navigation) were made available, but without the full-court press that other dealers put on you. My sales associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and joined me on a thorough test drive. I concede that I was a quick sell on the vehicle - again, I knew exactly what I wanted to get - but I was entirely prepared to find another dealer if the process was going to be a nightmare. Instead, negotiations regarding pricing were done fairly and the transaction went very smoothly. When I took delivery of my vehicle, there was a small scratch on the exterior that I likely would not have noticed for days - but the staff here proactively reached out to me, apologized profusely for the issue and made arrangements to have it fixed. It would have been very easy for them to simply look the other way. More

Only Mastria Mazda had a large selection and were very knowable of their vehicles. Our sales consultant, Rob explained features of the SUV we were interested in along with the different trim levels and what each offered. Rob took the time to answered all our questions and did rush us to make our decision. Rob explained all the ways available ways to purchase or lease our choice. Rob explained how the service department functioned, gave us a quick tour along with introducing all the mangers; John, Michael, Mark and Barry. This was a very enjoyable buying experience and we will be back when we need another vehicle. John and Elaine More
