Painless Experience This is my second purchase with Mastria. I have owned quite a few cars in my lifetime and this recent purchase hands down was the best buying experience thus far. My purchase was made at Mastria Mazda my sales person was Colton Connell. I work a thousand hours a week, and have no time to spend hours in a dealership negotiating a sale. I Knew the car i was interested in, and when i found the one of interest on CarGuru, i emailed the dealership to get more information and discuss what I wanted up front, my trade, etc. Upon my email of interest, i quickly received an email back from a real person Pedro, I was shocked it was not an automatic Internet reply. Pedro was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions within hours and had set up an appointment for me to come in the next day. From the moment I walked through the door 6:00PM at night, I met with Colton, the first thing he said to me was, " I am going to make this a very " Painless" experience for you. Colton lived up to that promise. Colton was probably the most knowledgeable sales person i have ever had for any of my Auto purchases. He took the time to ask me questions and he was very intuitive while informing me all about the car, from safety, to engine features. Things I needed to know but would not have thought to ask. He was not pushy he cared enough to get me where I needed to be and i was signing papers by 7:30 pm. I would highly recommend Mastria and most of all Colton for his knowledge and expertise. Car was not Safety Checked at all. Bought a 2012 WRX in CASH. Have had this car not even 4 months and it needs brakes all around. And all 4 tires were dry rotted and bald.
