I have my 2020 GMC Denali 3500HD serviced at Master each time it is required. They are professional, punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced. They provide a shuttle service so my vehicle is getting servic time it is required. They are professional, punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced. They provide a shuttle service so my vehicle is getting serviced while I am at work. I have not had any problems with my vehicle and could not be more pleased. This dealership is a scam. We called to get a price on a replacement and we were quoted a number, we get a call after we take it to be repaired that said it was going to be $300 more than quoted. I then questioned Carl Reed about it and he told me that if I didn’t like the cost I need to come back and retrieve my car. I told him to go ahead and do the work. Carl Reed calls to let us know our car was ready. We used the shuttle so he said the driver was at lunch and he’d call me when he was on the way. Well the shuttle driver shows up and beeps the horn..Carl Reed never called us!! Anyway, we get to the dealership and we talk to Carl Reed and he vehemently denies having that discussion with us and he did. He told us they record all conversations and so we told him to get the recording because we know he said it and he would not do that. Then this other guy who says he was the service manager and he did nothing to make things right, he immediately took Carl Reeds side and was only on scene to direct my husband to the cashier to cash us out and get out! I am seriously astonished that this happened. Zero customer service, zero deesculation practices. Will make every attempt to not go back. Carl Reed was shaking and acting like he was going to hit my husband. Furthermore we are disabled and do not deserve to be treated in this manor. It’s ridiculous how much we had to scrimp and save to get this work done. More
Your new service representative Mark Conner went above and beyond to help me get my 2021 Denali timing belt fixed. The Parts team and manager of the dealership did everything to make my visit a nightmar and beyond to help me get my 2021 Denali timing belt fixed. The Parts team and manager of the dealership did everything to make my visit a nightmare. I was told the belt was on national back order. Much to my surprise I called a couple of owner's of other GMC dealerships and found 3. One of the dealers even offered to come pick up my Denali on a rollback and take it to St. George to fix it. The parts manager and owner need to realize with a little extra work they can help their customers. I should never have been told to take my vehicle home but do not drive it. More
