I have been buying cars for over 30 years. Today I had the absolute best experience ever. I promised my Son-in-Law that I would call the salesperson he worked with when he bought his truck last year. Several months later, I called Master Buick GMC and asked to speak to Sue. Unfortunately, Sue was on a well-deserved vacation. The Receptionist transferred me to Sue’s sales manager, Eddie. Eddie was so upbeat, and he explained that Master Buick Sales Staff did not work on commission but worked as a team. Eddie’s enthusiasm prompted me to stop by and see what they had on the used car lot. As I drove to the lot, I noticed a new truck priced within my range for a used truck. I stepped out to look at the Vehicle, and a friendly salesman, Wade, I think, walked out to greet me. He asked if he could answer any questions for me. Wade answered all of my questions. I could tell Wade knew his merchandise. He asked if I would like to start the truck, and I said sure. Wade went in to get the key, and to my surprise, the sales manager, Eddie, walked by his side. Eddie introduced himself, explained that the dealership was short-staffed, and said he would be happy to work with me. What?! I agreed and soon drove off of the lot for a test drive. I loved the GMC Sierra SLT and everything about it. When I returned, I expected to be working with Wade, which was fine. Wade knew his stuff. Surprisingly, Eddie greeted me and asked if I liked it, and invited me back to his desk to sort out the deal. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and not one time have I seen the secret man behind the curtain with the power to approve or crush my counter offer. To make a long story longer. Eddie was fantastic. Eddie explained every option available, treated me with respect, and offered alternatives. To my delight, Eddie didn’t try to push me one way or the other about an option. Eddie explained the pros and cons, shared his experience, and then left the decision to me. When Eddie turned me over to the finance manager, I knew what I was buying, exactly, and how much I was paying. Eddie had even explained the warranty options and went over probable taxes, title fees, etc. The finance manager hit me with no surprises. He was patient, answered every question. Because of the nature of his position as finance manager, he had more answers than Eddie, but he did not once contradict anything Eddie said. I have never worked with a group of people with such integrity, honesty, and professionalism. From the Receptionist to the Finance manager, I felt they were sincere and told me everything. Truthfully! Car Salespeople! The manager didn’t mind getting his hands dirty to cover the staff shortages. The Staff seemed genuinely happy. I can't say enough good things about this company. I’ll never buy a car anywhere else. Normally my reviews have a pro/con section. You've just read all of the pros. I can't think of a single con to list. Great job ya'all! More
Fantastic dealership! Customer service is phenomenal. Mrs sue Is great, such a sweet caring lady. She wasn’t pushy. She listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and showed me different color options. I dropped my vehicle off for repair was not updated ,had to call and the due time for pick turned into 3 days later, I picked up my vehicle after waiting 3 hours,the service manager was very nice as well as to call and the due time for pick turned into 3 days later, I picked up my vehicle after waiting 3 hours,the service manager was very nice as well as the staff it made up for the mis communication. I do understand the shortage of mechanics just think consideration of a one car family would improve communication. More
This is the 2nd time I was at Master GMC in two days. My tire pressure went down tremendously while I was out and up I was close to Master GMC and stopped in to see if they could look at my tire. They took it back immediately and found a nail in it, repaired it and I was on my way within an hour. Again, great customer service and friendly employees. More
I have never had a car serviced at Master Buick GMC. I had a recall on my Cadillac and since Johnson Motors closed, I call Master GMC to see if they could handle the recall. The employee that answered the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave me an appointment and I took my vehicle today. Michael Krame helped me when I arrived. Michael was very pleasant. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, everyone in the service department was friendly and appreciative of my business, even the employee bringing my vehicle up for me to leave. More

Master serviced my 2016 Yukon SLT and replaced a brake vacuum pump and unexpectedly the brake booster. From the initial call to schedule the service until I picked my vehicle up, everyone was easy to wor vacuum pump and unexpectedly the brake booster. From the initial call to schedule the service until I picked my vehicle up, everyone was easy to work with and friendly. My service advisor, David kept in touch throughout the process and had my vehicle ready at the time promised. The staff at the Service Department made this an easy process a d I will continue to trust Master with my vehicle needs. More
