Both Doug and Keith were great people to work with. On the sales side, Doug was an easy going no hassle no high pressure type of guy. He let us take our time to find the vehicle we most preferred. At time of delivery Doug went over the all the manuals and operation of all the features of the car. Doug also showed us the service department and explained how to setup services appointments. On the finance side, Keith was, probabaly the quickest most efficient and friendly finance director I have dealt with in 45 years of buying cars. I did some research, though Hyundai owners and internet and decided, I wanted to purchase an Hyundai Elantra. I know my local Hyundai dealer was Massey Auto, so I was a little hesitate to try and purchase an vehicle here. I found it was the best experience, I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Bruce Myers was very knowledgable, professional and pleasant with my husband and I, asking what features we wanted in an vehicle. Bruce asked, if I wanted to test drive an Sonata, I was favoring a light blue color, so Bruce found what I wanted and had it waiting for me on the lot. I have never had a sales person go over the manual and instruments of the new car ever, until Bruce went over everything with us, before test driving. I felt like Bruce really cared about us. Bruce listened to what features we wanted in a car and he knew, what I wanted, before I did. Yes, I love the Sonata and I wanted everything this car had to offer. I couldn't believe the low price, on the Sonata and the features that came standard on the car. Well I am converted from always being a Toyota purchaser to always being an Hyundai purchaser. The finance officer, Keith Myers was also very efficient and professional, with knowing his job. It was a breeze to finance our new car and I felt happy after signing the agreement. How many times can you say that in life. I will highly recommend Massey Auto, because of what a pleasant experience I had with Bruce and Keith purchasing a new Hyundai. I felt like Bruce was an old friend, whom couldn't wait to see us. What a great place! I couldn't believe Bruce even showed us the service department. I started my search for a new car the first part of January 2011. Micheal asked me to test drive 3 different models and that was a great idea. I finally narrowed my selection down to 2 cars: the Nissan Maxium and the Hyundai Genesis. All along the Genesis was my top pick but I didn't think I could afford it. The team at Massey was able to offer me an additional rebate and that made the difference in making my dream come true to purchase the 2011 Genesis. It is a wonderful car and I am glad I was able to work with Micheal and the Massey team. Good Job!! More
