Fantastic experience. Went to the dealership to just see what the Elantra and Sonata were like. My husband had read a lot of reviews and wanted me to look at them to consider buying one after shopping aroun what the Elantra and Sonata were like. Robert was such a fantastic salesman, very informative, great personality, gave us the space we needed to discuss and decide about the purchase. We were then still going to think about it but encouraged but not pushed to just see how the numbers worked out. They worked out so well and we loved the car so much we decided to buy the Elantra! Then as we went into financing and had great customer service and help from Keith Myers. He made us a deal we just couldn't refuse so we ended up buying not only the Elantra but the Sonata too. Never ever would have dreamed possible to have gone home with two amazing cars. Wonderful in comfort and luxury and fantastic on mileage. My husband commutes many miles in comfort now and great gas mileage in the Sonata and I get even better gas mileage running around in my Elantra. We argue over whose car is better. Both are white so I call the cars Me and Mini Me. Highly recommend working with both of these gentleman. And too think we almost didn't go onto the car lot. So grateful we did! Thanks guys! More

I went to Massey to look for an Elantra or a Sonata GLS with alloy wheels. They had no Elantras other than the Elantra touring. Brandon Brereton was the first salesman to approach my wife and I. Jonathon Akers was introduced as he was Brandons mentor.. He said he had a very nice Sonata going through dealer prep and it would be out soon. The customer service was great and the salesmen were friendly... In the meantime , we filled out finance applications and we started looking at the Elantra touring and test drove one...then the Sonata SE came out...I test drove it and loved it. The price was a little over what i was wanting to spend for a commuter car but not far off the GLS once the price came down a little from sticker. I was coming home from work today in the new Sonata SE and I heard a blaring horn and looked over and I was getting the thumbs up from a couple in a Mercedes. I think the chicks dig me in it, too. Don't tell the wife! ha ..jk. More

I had been researching purchasing a new Hyundai Tucson GLS AWD at at least 7 local dealers up and down the CUmberland Valley. Each internet manager quoted me prices too good to be true but Rich Jensen's e GLS AWD at at least 7 local dealers up and down the CUmberland Valley. Each internet manager quoted me prices too good to be true but Rich Jensen's e-mail drew me in. When we arrived to see Rich, he had not arrived at work yet so we were directed to Mike. He treated us professionally [sir and ma'am while another dealer's salesperson called me 'bud'], gave us a Tucson Limited to test-drive while evaluating our trade. 4.5 hours later after much negotiating, we all arrived at the monthly rate we wanted to pay [and had mentioned 4.5 hours earlier] and left with a great 2011 Tucson LIMITED AWD [not the cheaper GLS model] for the same monthly rate!!! We have high praise for their customer service [I am an Executive Director of a YMCA so I know and preach great customer service]. I took several of Mike's business cards to hand out to my friends. Monthly rate actually came in less than the quote as they found a cheaper interest rate while we waited. Thanks again for making this a great experience. More
