To be fair, the process of buying a new car is stressful and tedious, no matter what dealership you use or who the salesperson is. I have purchased several new cars over the years and this particular sales and tedious, no matter what dealership you use or who the salesperson is. I have purchased several new cars over the years and this particular salesman was my least favorite. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car itself and efficient during the delivery of the car, but I found him to be somewhat arrogant and unfriendly. He acted annoyed that I had done my research on car pricing, and that I had contacted other dealerhips for prices. He tried to intimidate me on several occasions with high-pressure sales tactics and when I didn't fall for that, he became irritated and impatient. I found his behavior and comments disrespectful at times, particularly when he mentioned on several occasions during our negotiations that I should pay sticker price for the car because "that's a fair price" and "there isn't much mark-up on these cars at all." REALLY? I wasn't born yesterday, and I was well aware that the dealer's cost was at least 8% below MSRP (based on my research). Don't get me wrong - I understand that the dealership and the saleman are in business to make money, and they want to make as much as they can. However, I spent quite a bit of time researching everything about this car (as any car buyer should), and I shouldn't be made to feel guilty or that I'm wasting their time because of it. In fact, when I mentioned purchasing my car elsewhere (based on price), my salesman got annoyed and said "I've invested a lot of time in this already." Isn't selling cars his JOB? It was actually MY time that was being invested in all of this. Quite honestly, he didn't spend an unusual amount of time with me because most of our interactions were via very brief emails and phone calls. I only met with him at the dealerhip once before actually purchasing the car, and I didn't even test drive the car with him. I got the feeling that he just wasn't used to being challenged on anything. I was always friendly and respectful when interacting with my salesman, but I came very close to walking out of the dealerhip and purchasing my car elsewhere because of his demeanor during price negotiations. My salesman also mentioned (more than once) that I had to give him straight 10's on his reviews, and that nothing less than a 10 would do. He even came right out and asked me if I was going to do that as I was leaving the dealership with my new car. I'm assuming this is to help him receive sales awards. I found this request to be very presumptuous. I purchased my car several weeks ago and I have yet to receive any follow-up contact from my salesman. That leads me to believe that he was only interested in making the sale so that he could get his commission, and maybe he wasn't happy that I ended up paying much less for the car than he thought I would. I do love my new car and my overall experience at the dealership was fine. I just wouldn't recommend my salesman to others. He just wasn't my cup of tea, but different strokes for different folks. I would not send my ex mother in law to you HACKS .. after i went home because they wanted to put me in a car i did not want i called to see how much my payments would be on the car i wanted and i was tols i will call u back with a price i never got a call that day or the next day so i called and they told me they sold that car i wanted i would just have to wait . so i guess my money is not good enuff for there paycheck oh thats right my money is far better than there worth so I went to another lot and bought not one but two 2012 that i wanted and my husband and had no problems there much better people to deal with then the people at MASSY ..... very RUDE people work at Massy.... More

I purchased a new 2011 Sonata and within a month went back to Rich to purchase a second 20 Massey Hyundai and having Rich Jensen as the sales person. We stopped by to "look at" a Hyundai Santa Fe. Robert met us at the door. He was very thorough and stuck with us for several hours, showing us all the good features of the car and taking us for a Robert met us at the door. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Rich and Keith were a pleasure to do business with. They were both very knowledgible in reference to the the vehicle we purchased. Great communication. Scott was very helpful and polite.
